Several patches to Midgard 1.4.3-rc1, each marked with #ifdefs:

Define HAVE_MIDGARD_MULTILANG to get multilang features (installation and docs)
Define HAVE_MIDGARD_PAGE_OWNER to get the page owner feature (documented here too)
Define HAVE_MIDGARD_VC to get a hook in midgard-lib for auto-version control (will start to be useful with the forthcoming release of the DataflowVC PHP library)
Define HAVE_MIDGARD_REPLIGARD_ENHANCE to get some new repligard features, undocumented yet

Plus some (I think) bugfixes.
